Unlike traditional recruitment and sourcing agencies, our focus is more on the talent acquisition process, it’s more about the proper identification of the skills needed and the recommendation of proper candidates.

We are not just a recruitment company that’s after providing candidates and getting the revenue.

Our true focus is about minimizing the turnover rate of employees by identifying the needed skills, recommending the proper candidate and if needed, developing the required skills in the candidate as well as be an active part in the skills development community through cooperation with governments and local entities.

Vision


Our Long-term vision, within the next 15 to 20 years, is to become a key pillar for the Talent Acquisition and Development of Organisations and Individuals and contributing to the community we have a physical presence in as our social responsibility by focusing on finding the fit job for individuals with an Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and people with impairment. The starting point in Europe is Poland, to be followed by United Kingdom and Germany, after which we will expand in MENA region with a starting point in Egypt.

Mission


By 2027 our mission is to hit the marker of 10,000 Talents Acquired and Developed through 3 head offices in Europe Serving Poland, Germany, and United Kingdom for Talent Acquisition and Development while contributing to the community we have a physical presence in as our social responsibility by focusing on finding the fit job for individuals with an Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and people with impairment.

Objectives


Our objective for 2017
• Establish a presence in Warsaw as a starting base, start cooperating with three clients with a focus on achieving 85% Client Satisfaction and 85% Candidates satisfaction.
• Starting by a small impact on the life of others by hitting the marker of 100 Talents Acquired and Developed

Goal


By 2022, Our Focus is to have a key impact in the Talent Acquisition and Development process in the Polish Community through hitting the marker of 2,000 Talents Acquired and Developed while contributing to the community we have a physical presence in as our social responsibility by focusing on finding the fit job for individuals with an Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and people with impairment through a head office in Warsaw and client expansions in smaller communities in Poland.
