Presently, we are looking for an engaging, motivated, commercially aware Area Manager, to work within our Corporate Sales department covering the West Midlands and the South West of the UK.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing actions plans to drive fleet car and van sales within your territory, so an understanding of the automotive market is essential.

You must possess passion and motivation – not only towards achieving sales targets but for your customer too.

You will also be solution focused in your approach, committed and driven to better understand your customers’ requirements – providing effective business solutions, thereby gaining customer buy-in, retention and loyalty.

Exceptional communication skills are required in order to be effective in this role and achieve the Major Fleet Corporate Customer and Public Sector channels volume/share and profit objectives for your given territory.

You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders so will be effective at building mutually beneficial relationships, comfortable conversing at all levels.

This is a field based role, where you will work autonomously, using excellent planning and organisational skills to manage your own diary and appointments.
