Summary : Looking for someone who supports the business process definition on all levels (budget, timeline, scope, constraints) and manages the end to end business process on a technical level (coordination of requirements, architecture and operational aspects).
-Identifies and prioritizes operational changes (e.g. business relevant configurations) and fixes, and ensures that they are effectively planned, documented, tested, communicated and sustainably implemented.
-Resolves support requests (business perspective) or forwards to appropriate business / IT queues.
-Supports acceptance testing, focus on patches and maintenance releases.
-Maintains support process tools and reports (support KPI, data QA, communication, etc.).
-Maintains master data / meta data elements and ensures data consistency according to defined criteria – (TPM with data management focus).
-Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in software engineering / development.
-Experience in global projects (Minimum 3years).
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in translating conceptual models into technical solutions.
-Experience in acting as a liaison between stakeholder, architecture, quality and project teams. (Minimum 5 years).
-Good experience in building and maintaining (meta)data concepts and models. (Minimum 5 years).
-Experience in information modeling (object-role, valid values, finite state machines, business processes). (Minimum 5 years’)
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in elaborating requirements in alignment with stakeholder.
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in working in a global matrix organization.
-At least 3 years’ experience in complex, regulated environments.
-Good Command over German Language.
Nice to have:
-Business Process Management certification desired.
-Good understanding of requirements and expectations within a project.
-Capability to act as interface person for all business process related questions.
Education: Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent.
Languages: Fluent in English language and Good in German Language.
