We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our world-class team who can further drive the expansion of our business. The ideal candidate is passionate about eSports and possesses both a sales and technical background that enables them to engage at a CXO level by discussing the technical advantages of RTSMunity’s solutions. He/she is a self-starter who is able to strategically develop long-term business relationships with key accounts and consistently deliver on revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding targets
  • Work with various partners within the eSport ecosystem to expand the reach of RTSmunity’s products
  • Build an in-depth understanding of the eSport ecosystem – constantly monitoring the evolution of this fast-paced industry and sharing findings with the team
  • Possess the technical ability to create and articulate a compelling and comprehensive value proposition with a focus on value-added, not cost
  • Manage contract negotiations and accelerate customer adoption
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability


  • eSport evangelist with a flexible attitude towards constantly evolving and reshaping the eSport landscape
  • Passionate self-starter, taking responsibility for their own progress and the tough decisions that may be required – constantly challenging the status quo
