Job Description:
For our Office in Kista, Stockholm we are looking for an

eSales Specialist – Embedded IoT (m/f)

As a new member of our eSales team you are responsible to develop direct sales general accounts and develop potential key accounts in a business to business sales environment. The focus, while managing existing accounts, will be creating and following business at potential key accounts and to be the gateway to the Key Account Team, Technical staff, and Channel Partners. You offer excellent customer service and support as a first point of contact. Additionally, you act as events and office coordinator.

This inside sales role is a unique chance to learn about our business, develop within our company and so accelerate your career in sales.

Your tasks:

  • Manage direct general accounts: Grow sales turn-over, develop long-term relationships
  • Preparing price quotes and negotiation of terms of sales according to Advantech pricing policies
  • Providing information on products & services and introduction of new technologies
  • Identifying of new business opportunities within Northern Europe to maintain sales levels in accounts and develop new projects and accounts
  • Close collaboration with Key Account Managers and Channel Managers
  • Qualifying prospects to maximize business and profits mainly by phone, e-mail and online chat
  • Preparing and monitoring annual sales forecasts to facilitate achievement of sales goals
  • Coordinate customer events and conferences e.g. organization and logistics support
  • Team assistance and office administration

Your profile:

  • An outgoing character with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commercial, business or technical oriented college degree or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, call center or customer service, preferably in the computer technology industry
  • Experience in new business identification and qualification in Business to Business environment
  • General IT/computer hardware knowledge, understanding and interest
  • Fluency in English; any other Northern European languages are a plus
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office and CRM software, ideally Siebel
  • Eager to learn, open-minded and flexible
