As a Inside Sales / Account Manager, you will help Realo development and growth in Spain:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails and you convince leads to work with Realo
  • When needed, routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • You perform analysis to help our clients to get the most out of our services and propose them the most suitable product for their needs
  • You make sure our clients are 100% satisfied and receive the best service in Madrid
  • You work closely with the global marketing and product teams to gather clients feedback and to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • You identify and execute improvements on clients processes and follow-ups. This will involve a close relationship with the operations department

Requirements:
Your profile:

  • 1+ years experience in sales, business development or account management is required
  • You love sales and you master the art of selling
  • Great communication skills – able to provide clear & concise guidance through emails, over the phone, or in person
  • Extremely well organized person, able to follow-up many business opportunities at the same time
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve goals in a fast paced/changing environment
  • Spanish native speaker, professional proficiency in English is a big plus
  • Start-up or real estate experience would be of advantage
  • Positive, optimistic and hard worker
