Develop new marketing tools and concepts depending on the hotel strategy

 Good production knowledge and have updated information about hotel promotion, hotel management, operation & outlets.

 Provides after – sales service and in particular to ensure all guests comments are taken seriously and discussed with the respective department if necessary.

 Execute a market segment plan that encompasses objectives, strategies, tactics and control.

 Handle data base of the hotel and keep in it up to date and use it for promotional purposes.

 Liaise with the PR agency to ensure effective communication is maintained in line with marketing strategy.

 Fully understand the Marketing and PR requirements, and the required budgetary guidelines. Fully accountable for effective communication and delivery of marketing and PR Strategies for hotel facilities and services. Identify marketing programs to support the hotel marketing plan.

 Assist the Sales Department with any promotional material that may be appropriate for marketing sectors.

 Develop and deliver marketing strategy for the property and any venue/ outlet managed by the hotel, plan and manage its implementation. Liaising closely with key stakeholder (General Manager, Sales Team, Graphic Designer and Department Heads).

 To establish in conjunction with the General Manager and respective Heads of Departments Hotel Annual Marketing plan.

 To administer and set marketing budget and to maintain the expenditures within the prescribed limits as approved by the General Manager.

 To direct and coordinate all marketing activities of MIRS and to communicate these activities throughout the hotel.

 To ensure that all Departmental Operations Manuals are prepared and updated annually.

 To conduct Monthly Marketing Meeting with concerned departments
