After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we now have some great opportunities for Passenger Service Agents to join our Ground Operations Team on part time Fixed Term contracts.

Reporting to the Passenger Service Supervisor, the Passenger Service Agent will responsible for
 


  • Delivering fantastic customer service

  • Providing a warm and friendly welcome

  • Supporting our customers throughout their journey in the airport

  • Provide an efficient check-in service, you will also offer additional products and services to our customers, really making the most of their experience with us

  • You will also be the welcoming face that meets our customers on arrival

The successful candidates will have a:
 


  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

  • A positive and flexible approach and always have a smile on your face

  • Support and help our customers and your Team

  • Proven track record in handling customer queries in a fast-paced environment

  • To be successful in this role you must be fluent in Spanish and English
