Job Summary:

myBUY Supplier Enablement (SE) Analyst’s primary responsibility is to provide decision support and analysis to the SE lead for vendor master and vendor automation activities. This will include data analysis & SE performance reporting. In addition, this role will require working against tight project timelines and in a multi-cultural requirement.

Core responsibilities include :

• Assist in monitoring overall Supplier Enablement performance, including continuous analysis and reporting of vendor cleaning, enriching & enablement related key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Help Setting up an on-going master data and supplier enablement tracking mechanism & process. Support in harmonizing vendor creation process and ensure cross-country engagement to streamline the vendor creation process.

• Assist in preparation of regular Performance Management reports and preparation of specific Supplier Enablement analysis, dashboards and (Supplier Enablement communication & compliance).

• Provide analytical support in collecting, collating and analysing data

• Collaborate with remote teams and coordinate Supplier Enablement activities

• Lead massive communication activities across AMENA markets (10 countries) in myBUY scope

• Reporting of progress against project timelines

• Support in Organizing events (quotes, invites, timings etc)

Qualifications


Required Skills:

• Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or analytical field

• 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement reporting & analysis

• Very good knowledge of Excel and Outlook. PowerPoint knowledge is an advantage.

• Very good English

• Ability to collaborate and coordinate remote teams.

• Strong Analytical & Communication skills

• Critical thinking

• Attention to detail

Required Competencies :

• Results Oriented – Autonomous and self-driven with an “act as owner” mentality.

• Agility – candidate must be comfortable with continual change and possess the ability to adapt and deliver optimally in change environment.

• Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Candidate must be able to effectively communicate finance concepts to non-finance individuals.

• Technical skills – candidate needs not only solid analytical skills, but also must be strong from an operational/process perspective.
