A Luxurious 5 Star hotel in the heart of Sandton is looking for an experienced receptionist to join the front office team.
At least 1 year’s experience as a Front Office Receptionist in a 4 / 5 Star Hotel
Opera knowledge – ESSENTIAL
Computer Literate – MS Office (word, excel)
Excellent Communication Skills – Fluent in English
Excellent Guest Relations
Basic mathematic and accounting knowledge with excellent administration skills essential
Able to work under pressure
Able to work shifts
Minimum Std. 10 (Grade 12)
Front Office or other relevant Hospitality Qualification will be an added advantage
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
Maintaining guest accounts and processing POS transactions during their stay.
Processing of banking daily.
Dealing with any and all special needs or requests from guests during their stay.
Assisting with reservations for guests.
Responsible to operate within the Policies and Procedures of the Hotel.
