Join our family at Amanzoe as Revenue & Reservations Manager. Under the direction of the General Manager and EAM, the incumbent is responsible to identify and proactively pursue revenue maximization within the Hotel to ensure business development, profitability, reservation and occupancy levels, quality standards and guest satisfaction.
Revenue & Reservations Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning of Rooms Revenue streams in order to maximise occupancy as well as for the smooth operation of Reservations Department. You will plan and implement budgets, train and supervise subordinates and assure that the wants and needs of our guests are consistently exceeded. Additionally you will demonstrate an understanding of exceptional customer service and regularly will exceed expectations of owners, guests and associates.
You will likely already possess 3-5 years of experience as Revenue and Reservations Manager or in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS or Fidelio and fluency in business English is of course mandatory. Other language capabilities are desirable, but not essential although knowledge of Greek will be beneficial.
You should possess strong analytical and numerical skills for effective data crunching, pro activeness and excellent guest relations skills.
This role is based at Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.
