Sales Executive – Fixed-Term Maternity Cover for 6 Months
You will become an integral member of the team to deliver excellence to all our valued customers in our hotel, through our teams in all departments.
This is a role, where we engage with you; give you practical training, development and progression within a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, knowing that promotion will not be too far away if you want a fun and exciting career in hospitality.

Sales Executive key responsibilities:
Ensure that all customer requests and enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
Conduct a minimum number of calls per week to clients with potential business for hotel.
Maintain all market segment databases and ensure appropriate mailings are carried out.
Conduct market research and telesales campaigns as required.
Complete monthly reports and provide critical analysis to highlight current business levels and all new business received.
Compile Key Accounts Plan for all existing and new accounts.
Conduct site inspections and communicate the Hotel`s services to the guests.
Assist with the co-ordination of corporate hospitality events.
Attend weekly sales meetings
Ensure open communication exists between departments, individual hotels, and Group Head Office.
Maintain a professional and working attitude and demeanour towards other staff members and clientele.
