We are looking for an HR Professional with a passion for advising and servicing organisations, leaders, teams, talented people.
In our Talent & Organisation team, you will be responsible for the management projects and assignments, the coordination of the team activities, and the support of the Business Director in positioning our solutions.
Your unique Challenges :
Efficient management of projects / assignments:
Analysis of the customers’ requests and needs
Proposition of focused recommendations according to the specific context
Monitoring of all phases of the project / assignment, with respect of planning, scope and budget
Regular communication with all stakeholders
Delivery and after-care of our intervention
Suggestion for additional advice or support
Coordination of the Talent & Organisation Team:
Global organisation of the activities of the team aligned with Business Pla
Allocation of assignments and tasks
Monitoring of performance quality and client satisfaction
Strengths based coaching and development of 8 HR specialists, in line with the DynaFin’s DNA
Continuous optimisation of the T&O activities :
Support of the Business Director T&O:
Animation of team meetings and participation to committees
Support of account management and business development actions
Follow-up of market evolutions (trends, tools, technologies,…)
You have a relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a consulting company
An experience in people management is an asset but not required, we also value your potential
A background in the Banking & Insurance industry would be ideal… but we are also realistic enough…
You demonstrate the ability to think strategically with our management and act operationally with our teams
You have excellent organisation and communication skills, with high level of credibility and trust
Your sense of analyse allows you to understand customer needs and to give reliable advice
You are agile and can find easily your way in a fast growing company and changing environment
As a rol model, you can inspire and engage people in achieving excellent performance thanks to your authentic and value driven leadership
You can manage contacts in French, Dutch and English
